Great office. From Tracy setting up my visit, to her sister Bell being very sweet as well, and Dr. Petersen being the BEST (great doc and better personality), my experience there is always fantastic. Highly recommended!

Dr Petersen and his staff have treated my oral vascular malformation for a few years. I had seen 2 other physicians and he and another doc at his practice finally diagnosed it correctly. I recently required a more extensive procedure and all went smoothly. He is thorough, friendly, and takes care of business! Usually a few months to get in, but I usually get seen at appointments in a timely manner. My only comment would be he doesn’t give a lot of discharge instructions. However he cares and is skillful, so just ask the questions you have and he always has an answer!

I had 2 skin cancer spots removed and the entire team was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Petersen gave me many recommendations to prevent future spots. I was a little nervous for the procedure, but they all helped and answered my questions.

Dr. Petersen performed a MOHS procedure behnid my left ear. He informed me what he was doing and I had no discomfort. The procedure was over quickly and after waiting for the biopsis, was told no problems and to come back and see Dr. Petersen in about 4 months for him to check.

The staff at all locations is great! Dr Peterson is wonderful and I’ve been going to his practice for years. Jessica is a great NP and is very professional. I prefer the Ofallon office due to it being so close to my home. I also very much appreciate NP Patrick B. (O’Fallon office) who takes great care of my lymphedema and any skin problems that may develop on my legs due to eczema and veinous stasis. He has truly figured my problems out and how best to treat and follow me. A new lymphedema pump became available from a different company with new technology. Patrick suggested I try it and it has done wonders for my legs and venous stasis. Taylor made all the arrangements for the company rep to demo the system and get me started. Patrick checks in with me on how I’m doing and trusts me to call if I think I need medical attention. I trust him and his recommendations as well. I feel I have a great partnership in my care with Missouri Dermatology.

I have been seeing Jessica for several years now and have always been very happy with my visits with her. She is always very thorough, answers any questions, and has been great about follow up with my skin concerns. During one of my skin checks, she found a spot on my face which ended up being Basil cell which led me to have the MOHS surgery done with Dr Peterson. The surgery went well and Jessica helped with treating the scar after which is now barely visible. I would recommend her to anyone for their skin care needs.

It was really frustrating that I had three concerns and was told I can only address one concern per visit. So I have to make three separate visits to have three concerns addressed? If that’s the case, they should’ve allowed me to make an appointment at 3 o’clock, 330, and 4 o’clock of the same day. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to go up there three separate times on three different days. It’s quite obvious it’s so my insurance could be billed three times. The concern obviously is about money and not my health.

Jessica Faron has been wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable! She is easy to talk to and explains everything going on with the visit and followup in terms you can understand. If I have any questions after my visit I call the message center leave a message and someone calls me back immediately! Appointments have been on time. This was my first time with Anastasia - was seeing Dr. Rancour until she left. Anastasia was very thorough, checking my freckled skin with her spyglass. She listened to me about my worry spots and gave me good answers and advice. The tablet I got to fill in my data had a battery very low on power, so I had some problems getting the questionnaire filled out completely. That's the only reason I couldn't give 5 starts this time.

Check-in was a little awkward. Lights were not turned on. Person working reception was eating a bagel and drinking something--like she hadn't finished breakfast before work. Dr. Peterson and the entire surgical process were outstanding. HIs communication about the procedure and what would occur at each step was excellent. 3 days out, I am happy with the results. The office atmosphere and professionalism of the reception staff were a little off-putting on arrival. Oh, yes, and a lady who had been seated in the reception area butted in front of me to check in. (She must have arrived before me and figured she was next.) That was pretty unbelievable.
