I had 2 skin cancer spots removed and the entire team was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Petersen gave me many recommendations to prevent future spots. I was a little nervous for the procedure, but they all helped and answered my questions.

Dr. Petersen performed a MOHS procedure behnid my left ear. He informed me what he was doing and I had no discomfort. The procedure was over quickly and after waiting for the biopsis, was told no problems and to come back and see Dr. Petersen in about 4 months for him to check.

Patrick was awesome. He made me and my daughter feel so good and he was really thorough and really explained everything to us. I really appreciate him.

The appointment was on time, and Ms Faron examined me and reviewed photos from my last visit. She explained the type of prescription I was on and refilled my prescription. She discussed the topical treatment. Ms Faron is a very knowledgeable practitioner.

The staff at all locations is great! Dr Peterson is wonderful and I’ve been going to his practice for years. Jessica is a great NP and is very professional. I prefer the Ofallon office due to it being so close to my home. I also very much appreciate NP Patrick B. (O’Fallon office) who takes great care of my lymphedema and any skin problems that may develop on my legs due to eczema and veinous stasis. He has truly figured my problems out and how best to treat and follow me. A new lymphedema pump became available from a different company with new technology. Patrick suggested I try it and it has done wonders for my legs and venous stasis. Taylor made all the arrangements for the company rep to demo the system and get me started. Patrick checks in with me on how I’m doing and trusts me to call if I think I need medical attention. I trust him and his recommendations as well. I feel I have a great partnership in my care with Missouri Dermatology.

I have been seeing Jessica for several years now and have always been very happy with my visits with her. She is always very thorough, answers any questions, and has been great about follow up with my skin concerns. During one of my skin checks, she found a spot on my face which ended up being Basil cell which led me to have the MOHS surgery done with Dr Peterson. The surgery went well and Jessica helped with treating the scar after which is now barely visible. I would recommend her to anyone for their skin care needs.

It was really frustrating that I had three concerns and was told I can only address one concern per visit. So I have to make three separate visits to have three concerns addressed? If that’s the case, they should’ve allowed me to make an appointment at 3 o’clock, 330, and 4 o’clock of the same day. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to go up there three separate times on three different days. It’s quite obvious it’s so my insurance could be billed three times. The concern obviously is about money and not my health.

Patrick was very polite, patient, and listened carefully to my issues. He did a painless biopsy of one of the bumps and prescribed a great itch cream. Am still waiting for results of biopsy, but am confident he will prescribe a good remedy when test results are back.

This was my first time with Anastasia - was seeing Dr. Rancour until she left. Anastasia was very thorough, checking my freckled skin with her spyglass. She listened to me about my worry spots and gave me good answers and advice. The tablet I got to fill in my data had a battery very low on power, so I had some problems getting the questionnaire filled out completely. That's the only reason I couldn't give 5 starts this time.

Check-in was a little awkward. Lights were not turned on. Person working reception was eating a bagel and drinking something--like she hadn't finished breakfast before work. Dr. Peterson and the entire surgical process were outstanding. HIs communication about the procedure and what would occur at each step was excellent. 3 days out, I am happy with the results. The office atmosphere and professionalism of the reception staff were a little off-putting on arrival. Oh, yes, and a lady who had been seated in the reception area butted in front of me to check in. (She must have arrived before me and figured she was next.) That was pretty unbelievable.

I felt that both the office and the medical staff could of told their patients that they dont do the treatment or the ultrasound at that location of O Fallon and the fact that this location is where they do absolutely nothing. Poor communiicationj and customer service. Would not reccommend this practice to anyone that is looking for vein treatment for their legs. My rating gives my feed back on the poor service and receiving nothing in return.

Dr. Petersen and his treatment room staff were friendly, concerned, considerate and caring. However, the receptionist working the front desk, welcoming incoming patients, was a bit detached and presented herself as uncaring. She could have had a bad day, but acted unapproachable.

Dr. Petersen, Anastasia NP, and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this practice for anyone that has a dermatology need.

The office was full when we got there and so we set in the hallway outside the office which the nice receptionist said was okay. When the nurse called my name, which I didn't hear, some people in the office pointed outside where I was sitting. When I went in the office the nurse told me there were plenty of places to sit in the office, she seemed agitated that I was in the lobby. She seemed rude. However, everyone else was really nice and I REALLY like Dr. Petersen.

Dr. Petersen has treated me for 13+ years and when I came to him initially he dealt with melanoma that required significant facial surgery. The result was complete eradication and results that are invisible to the naked eye. I cannot say enough positive things about him.

I was seen very quickly when I called to schedule an appointment. I was called into an exam room before my actual appointment time. Dr. Tripathi was a little while getting in to see me but her tech asked about my concerns. My only complaint is that the small heater in the room was not working and it was really cold in the room.

Be seeing Patric for several years now. He has been able to get me the proper treatments for psoriasis I have had my whole life. Finally now it is mostly cleared up. He has been able to help me maintain my condition with the medications that are now available. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them, they have helped so much.

I was so nervous for days before seeing Dr. Petersen, but when he walked into the office and we met for the first time, he put me at ease immediately. He is so kind and so knowledgeable and said that you all could do a lot for me, but (not mentioning my age which is 96,) he said, "We're going to just watch you and do nothing at this time." What a relief to hear these words. They melted my heart and I appreciated him so much! He went on to say I could call any time to check in with him, which I also appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Petersen! He also put me at ease by mentioning his Dad who has shingles as I do. I am not alone....

I’m giving five stars for the clinical experience and general laid back feeling I got with Dr.Tripathi. Staff is efficient with a caring tone, starting with Hello. I was shown directly to the exam room. Staff who brought me in asked a couple questions to make sure we wouldn't miss anything new going on. I am not yet familiar with everyone's names or titles, will come over time -- the aging brain. Patrick jumped right in and it felt like we had just talked even though it had been a few months. I had a concern about the possibility of finding a physician who could possibly do some surgery and might be willing to propose toward insurance provider sharing the the cost pending a medical diagnosis/referral. I was introduced to Dr. Petersen and he was able to recommend someone to call. My specialty medicine has already been submitted and ready for my next order. Thank you everyone!
