Check-in was a little awkward. Lights were not turned on. Person working reception was eating a bagel and drinking something--like she hadn't finished breakfast before work. Dr. Peterson and the entire surgical process were outstanding. HIs communication about the procedure and what would occur at each step was excellent. 3 days out, I am happy with the results. The office atmosphere and professionalism of the reception staff were a little off-putting on arrival. Oh, yes, and a lady who had been seated in the reception area butted in front of me to check in. (She must have arrived before me and figured she was next.) That was pretty unbelievable.

I felt that both the office and the medical staff could of told their patients that they dont do the treatment or the ultrasound at that location of O Fallon and the fact that this location is where they do absolutely nothing. Poor communiicationj and customer service. Would not reccommend this practice to anyone that is looking for vein treatment for their legs. My rating gives my feed back on the poor service and receiving nothing in return.

Dr. Petersen and his treatment room staff were friendly, concerned, considerate and caring. However, the receptionist working the front desk, welcoming incoming patients, was a bit detached and presented herself as uncaring. She could have had a bad day, but acted unapproachable.

Dr. Petersen, Anastasia NP, and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this practice for anyone that has a dermatology need.

The office was full when we got there and so we set in the hallway outside the office which the nice receptionist said was okay. When the nurse called my name, which I didn't hear, some people in the office pointed outside where I was sitting. When I went in the office the nurse told me there were plenty of places to sit in the office, she seemed agitated that I was in the lobby. She seemed rude. However, everyone else was really nice and I REALLY like Dr. Petersen.

Dr. Petersen has treated me for 13+ years and when I came to him initially he dealt with melanoma that required significant facial surgery. The result was complete eradication and results that are invisible to the naked eye. I cannot say enough positive things about him.

I was seen very quickly when I called to schedule an appointment. I was called into an exam room before my actual appointment time. Dr. Tripathi was a little while getting in to see me but her tech asked about my concerns. My only complaint is that the small heater in the room was not working and it was really cold in the room.

Be seeing Patric for several years now. He has been able to get me the proper treatments for psoriasis I have had my whole life. Finally now it is mostly cleared up. I was so nervous for days before seeing Dr. Petersen, but when he walked into the office and we met for the first time, he put me at ease immediately. He is so kind and so knowledgeable and said that you all could do a lot for me, but (not mentioning my age which is 96,) he said, "We're going to just watch you and do nothing at this time." What a relief to hear these words. They melted my heart and I appreciated him so much! He went on to say I could call any time to check in with him, which I also appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Petersen! He also put me at ease by mentioning his Dad who has shingles as I do. I am not alone....

Staff is efficient with a caring tone, starting with Hello. I was shown directly to the exam room. Staff who brought me in asked a couple questions to make sure we wouldn't miss anything new going on. I am not yet familiar with everyone's names or titles, will come over time -- the aging brain. Patrick jumped right in and it felt like we had just talked even though it had been a few months. I had a concern about the possibility of finding a physician who could possibly do some surgery and might be willing to propose toward insurance provider sharing the the cost pending a medical diagnosis/referral. I was introduced to Dr. Petersen and he was able to recommend someone to call. My specialty medicine has already been submitted and ready for my next order. Thank you everyone!

I had some skin tags removed, an issue on a past procedure done on my nose was talked about too. I will hear back from the doctor for another appointment. Dr. Petersen and his assistant/nurse were very nice and my procedure went smoothly. However my name and date of birth, nor my allergies were confirmed prior to starting the procedure. The procedure itself was not really explained to me other than when I asked a couple questions. Aside from bathing and dressing change instructions, post procedure restrictions were not explained so I asked a few questions as I exited. I did find written instructions in the bag when I went to change my dressing the next day. As I was walking out I was told antibiotics would be prescribed and asked which pharmacy to send them to, this was also not discussed prior. Overall it was a positive experience, just could be a little more thorough in the future.

Dr. Petersen does an entire body examination for me twice a year. He tells me those items which do not present a cancer issue and those that might. Over the years I have had two areas that needed to be surgically removed. I appreciate how thorough and professional Dr. Petersen performs the examination.

The system has so overloaded with overloaded daily appointments, today's doctors don't have time for bedside manor...instead, go to the emergency room for details on an emergent problem or....wait in line for 6 weeks to be seen. Thank-you Dr. Tripathi for turning my 89 yr. Mother's festering skin infection, from a potentially life threatening problem into a solution.

Missed one of the spots to be removed this time; person who called with biopsy results was taking forever to spit it out…just tell me which procedure, what dates are available and what time, for gods sake!! I think the people who are being hired (everywhere!) in today’s world have no idea how to THINK and are strictly robotic, at best. It is up to the patient to oversee, question, and make sure all is done correctly. The nurse practitioners are 100%, but the underlings…not so much. And this is EVERYWHERE. Sad.
